Dr Kym Buttsworth has been delivering primary care services to the communities of Kinross and Currambine for 20 years. He has an interest in aged care. He is committed to medical education and is an accredited WAGPET GP supervisor.

Marriette Smit studied medicine at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. She then gained experience in hospital and rural medicine, followed by work as a forensic medical officer. She relocated to Australia in 2002 and worked full time delivering primary care services to the community of Gingin for sixteen years.

Her special interests include: aged care, women's health, minor surgery and mental health. She is also an examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Nicoli Cox completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia. She then gained experience in hospital medicine including paediatrics, cardiology, and aged care. During this time, she completed further study in paediatrics (Sydney Child Health Program) and a Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health. She attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2022.

Dr Cox has a special interest in paediatrics and women’s health, including pregnancy care. She performs Implanon insertion and removal.

Dr Sam is a General Practitioner registrar who previously completed his medical degree in 2021 through the University of Western Australia. He has worked across a diverse range of specialties in Perth, gaining valuable experience in managing the health needs of patients across all age groups. He enjoys the wide scope that general practice offers, with interests in child health, preventative and sexual health, dermatology and minor skin procedures.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys a vibrant and active lifestyle. Hiking, tennis, photography, and travel are among his favourite pursuits, providing a creative and adventurous outlet.
